What You Need to Know:

Most upper body workouts focus on the muscles we see the most: the biceps, shoulders and triceps. Today’s workout targets the chest and back muscles. We’ll use both 10 and 15 lb. weights. Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Do 3-5 rounds for a good workout.
