The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) have recently expanded their Community for HBCU Advancement Through Networked Growth and Excellence (CHANGE) initiative.Fully funded by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, CHANGE was first launched five years ago to support the professional development of faculty at historically Black colleges and universities. The nationwide initiative has now expanded its programming to include HBCU academic administrators, student-facing teams, and instructional support staff. CHANGE participants benefit from online courses, workshops, blogs, and collaborative forums that offer hands-on tools and community-focused strategies designed to improve institutional culture and student success.
