Migraines are a common problem among Americans. Many have migraines that are so debilitating that they miss work and important events to nurse the pain. Medications can provide some relief, but researchers believe the pain can caused by a number of surprising factors.  
Food sensitivities: Dairy, eggs and yeast have been known to cause migraines. In addition, some foods that contain gluten can cause inflammation throughout the body. Consider eliminating these foods for three weeks, then reintroduce them again, taking note of any symptoms that may arise.
